The lesion which was initially thought as an aggressive turns to be the unique and unusual type of developmental cyst. A female patient being not aware about this turned up with complaint tooth ache difficulty chew in right side. Later, after examination investigations there seems calcified structure within lesion. diagnosed a Calcified Odontogenic Cyst. present study examines advanced imaging modality accurately. surgical treatment follow have been discussed article.
